RUDE OWNER. BAD SERVICE. MISLEADING PHOTOS.

If I could put ZERO STARS, i surely would have. Misleading photos. The photos look as though the place is vibrant and new but the interior and sofa areas are filthy. WORST HOTEL OWNER I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. No welcome at all. While we were looking around the villa during check in, she told us 5 TIMES that she was willing to give us a full refund if we left. She clearly didn't want us to stay for god knows what reason. But it gets worse. We were told that all facilities and services will be provided. But the SHOCKING MOMENT WAS WHEN THE OWNER TOLD US THAT WE WILL HAVE TO WASH THE UTENSILS. Moreover, throughout our stay she told us that we were the worst guests she had ever come across, although promised, they did not clean our rooms, did not allow us to have breakfast on the morning that we were checking out even though there was enough time. This property is dangerous. The parking facility is very dangerous for vehicles which caused an accident with one of our vehicles. The steps are extremely steep and not safe for very young children or older adults. We have come across certain negative experiences here and there but in my entire life, this is by far the absolute WORST! The staff are alright but the owner is just unbelievably RUDE AND HAS NO HOTEL MANAGEMENT SKILLS. There is much more that happened during our stay but I do not wish to go into more details. P.S : if the owner is reading this, please under that a simple smile on your face will not cost you even a penny.

Nice place, clean, beautiful scenery from the cabin which are high up with a very open view on the valley, helpful staff. We really liked it, had a nice family stay; we also enjoyed the pool. We recommend the place

Excellent boutique hotel , with convenience access to all the major attractions. The unique Skywalk chalets are something special, located on the hill behind the main hotel gives you a breathtaking 180 degrees Mountain View… The chalets are equipped with all the modern facilities including a pantry… the cleanliness is beyond our expectations… seen few honeymoon couples taking the full use of beautiful garden on their photography..

We had a great first two nights here from colombo to kandy. It’s a short tuk tuk into town to get to the shops / atm etc but it’s so peaceful and the pool was gorgeous and just what we needed after a long journey from the UK. The people working there are so lonely and attentive and very friendly. Would highly recommend!

Great bungalows, great location

We decided to book the bungalows units which are located on the top of the property. Great location close from kandy city center. The bungalows are very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The warm welcoming from the team and very kind hospitality make us like this place even more. We will definitely be back once visiting kandy .
